Sales certainly felt slow in the first part of the year up until May when five of the six properties that are currently pending all went into escrow. Of the 11 year-to-date closed properties, most were in escrow at the beginning of the year with little activity on the newer listings. We will see these newest sales close in June. These sales will establish new comps while showing the continued strength of the Hill Section market. As of today, there is a big demand for Hill Section properties.
